I’ve booked several visits to the Kingfisher Guesthouse, which is managed by Dream BNB. The house is perfect, the location is gorgeous (hot tub right beside the water!), and the service from Paul and his team has always been excellent. Looking forward to returning again soon.

Paul and the team were wonderful! They saved the trip! We had been originally been at a different place (not Paul’s) that did not work and we needed somewhere to stay quickly. Having stayed at another one of Paul’s properties this summer, I reached out knowing they were reliable. I texted very early in the morning, never expecting such an early response. Paul helped us into this space within a few hours. What a relief!! Regarding this location, it was beautiful! Pictures don’t accurately depict how spacious it is. The kitchen was the most well stocked of any airbnb I have stayed with plenty of options for a larger group. Enjoy the gorgeous view or settle into the couches with a blanket for a cozy movie night. A delightful touch – it was completely decorated for the holiday season. It felt like an extension of home for a relaxing & festive stay. I am so grateful for Paul and his team! If you are looking at any of their properties, book it! You will get exceptional service & space!
I visited the Casa del Lago cottage on Lake Erie in Leamington for a girls weekend. This is my second time staying with Dream BnB and they certainly do not disappoint! The cottage was spotless and had every amenity we needed. The deck with hot tub and sitting area overlooking the water was spectacular. Nothing like listening to the sound of the waves while having an afternoon nap in the sun. This property has a small beach which is very special since most properties do not have such easy beach access. Paul is an amazing host from easy check in to the small touches that he adds to make your trip truly special. Thank you Paul and Rui and Dream BnB for yet another amazing getaway. I guarantee you haven’t seen the last of me!

All Decked Out Beach House was amazing! We loved the relaxing atmosphere, including the sound of the waves crashing outside. Paul has thought of everything to ensure your stay is amazing. We loved the view, the hot tub, robes to use, the thoughtful gift that was provided, and that the location was close to Point Pelee National Park. We will be back again! If you are reading this review, book this place you won’t regret it and the host is super responsive!

Gorgeous spot for a little get away, beautiful view and very nice beach spot to hang out in. The house is tastefully decorated and the bed I slept in was very comfy with great pillows/blanket. You can hear the waves crashing from inside the house which was so nice to fall asleep to. Highly recommend this spot!
