Most of our properties can be booked instantly from our website. Simply choose your dates and number of guests and complete the booking by following the steps from the “Book Now” button.
Some properties are not able to be booked instantly. Please submit an information request by following the steps from the “inquiry” button. You will need to fill out your contact information, requested dates, and any other details or questions you have about the property. We will get in touch with you shortly!
To complete your online check-in, check your emails and/or messages for a link from us that will take you directly to your personalised Guest Portal page. This check-in form is mandatory for all bookings in all countries.
From your Guest Portal, you will be able to access your Check-In Instructions and House Manual to find important information about your arrival and the property. These two sections will become available to you as soon as your booking is confirmed and your entry code will visible within 24 Hours of your arrival.
Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability, and additional fees may apply. To confirm the possibility to make these arrangements for you, please contact us one day before your arrival or departure. This way, we will be able to advise you on the best possible solutions.
A security deposit is set amount of money (Amount varies by property) that we hold on your credit card to cover the costs of any damages guests may incur during their stay. If there is no damage after check-out, Security deposit are released back to the guest in full. Suppose some damage needs fixing or additional cleaning is required. In that case, money is deducted from the deposit to cover the expenses before returning the rest.
